How do you Use Zelatonin®?

Just spray and sleep! 

1. Open your mouth, touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue. Spray 1 to 2 pumps under the tongue and let the liquid absorb. Do not wash down with a liquid, it will dissipate quickly.
2. Dose: pump 1 to 2 times before bed. Maximum of 3 pumps in a 6 hour period.

Isn’t this just Melatonin?
