How to use Zelatonin.
Watch the application demonstration, then follow the steps below.
Open your mouth and place your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
Before bedtime, apply 1–2 sprays under the tongue.
Let it act; do not wash down immediately.
Maximum 3 sprays within 12 hours. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

What does it contain?
L-tryptophan, pumpkin seed protein (Cucurbita pepo), star anise fruit extract (Illicium verum), sour cherry fruit extract (Prunus cerasus), lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), D-glucose (dextrose), gum arabic (emulsifier), xanthan gum (thickener), citric acid (acidity regulator), steviol glycosides (sweetener), melatonin, glycerin (thickener), purified water.
What is the difference between the packs?
The formula is the same. One bottle contains 30 ml. The three-pack contains three bottles of 30 ml each.
What should I keep in mind?
